Sugar River General Store - Brodhead

Fantastic spot! Dena is incredibly kind. I enjoyed a great meal combo that included chips and a soda, all in a nice, relaxing atmosphere. You absolutely must try her twisted coffee or lemonade ice cream—delicious!

They are now under new management and they’re fantastic! Their burgers and hot dogs are amazing, and they offer delicious soft serve and Twisted Coffee as well. You have to try the Twisted Soft Serve paired with cold Braukaffee! The staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed.

This place is fantastic! We ordered the #6 Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs along with a Caramel Vanilla iced coffee – everything was delicious. The staff feels like family, making you feel right at home. They even allowed us to introduce our dog, which may not be the usual policy. The people are charming, and the prices are quite reasonable.

The owner was really friendly. I really enjoyed the twisted coffee soft serving with cold brew.

Pretty good except they aren’t very professional.. i’ve gone in several times when they are outside or in the back. i’ve waited for 10 minutes and no one was there. But i do love their ice creammmmm
