Bertucci's Brockton

Like Bertucci’s. Wish there was a closer restaurant to us! They closed the Taunton location!

The restaurant was great but unfortunately did not have our Open table reservation on file. As it was a slow night they could still accommodate however I had received confirmation as well as this request for recommendation so something went wrong with the reservation making it to them

Waitress was nice enough but got confused easily and restaurant was not busy

Although the restaurant was not overly crowded, food arrived at room temperature, and in some cases, the food was cold, including our spinach and artichoke dip and kids pasta with tomato sauce. Food arrived in a timely manner and our waitress was apologetic for having to take care of tables at opposite sides of the restaurant. In addition, please address the fruit fly situation and bathrooms that could be cleaned more frequently.

I have brought my book club here once a month for the past two years. Unable to make a phone reservation, and told to use open table. Despite the reservation for 4:00, all 12 of us waited for over a half hour. Manager said he was sorry, and offered no explanation except he hadn’t arrived until noon. Last time we will go there.
