Guy asked me what I ordered, i start to tell him and he starts talking over me. They are awful. Still waiting in drive thru for donuts, at a donutplace. Then they didn't have the donut I specifically asked for. Staff is incompetent and rude.
What is this?!?! Just for clarification there is no meat on this wrap so it must be burnt cheese. My dog wouldn't even eat this.
I've been visiting this restaurant for the past two years while working in Brockport. Last year, the service was excellent, and I always enjoyed a fully cooked bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. However, this school year, they either don't have plain or seeded bagels. When my order arrives, the bagel, bacon, and even the cheese are not warm enough to be slightly melted. I’m really disappointed, especially after spending $7, which includes a hot tea or coffee.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting in line for 30 minutes at the drive-thru, a woman came outside with a cigarette and a lighter in hand and informed us that they were closing due to being understaffed. When I mentioned that I had placed a mobile order, she asked if I had called for a refund, as she was on her way to work and didn't have time to deal with me. I understand that establishments can become busy and overwhelmed, but this situation reflects poor management. It's only fair to serve the customers who have already waited so long. I plan to reach out to corporate about this issue. Additionally, I noticed she seemed frustrated, as I could hear her punching the door at the restaurant, which suggests that whoever is in charge should investigate this matter further.
This location should be shut down IMMEDIATELY. Recently, they have become so understaffed that they continued to accept pickup orders while LOCKING all the doors to the building. You could order coffee through the app, pay for it, but then you couldn’t actually pick it up. It feels like fraud to me. To make things worse, they also closed their drive-thru, so there was no option to pick up coffee that way either. If corporate wanted a perfect example of how NOT to run a franchise, this would be it. Honestly, I can’t think of a single positive thing about this location, except that they always remember to include a napkin with my coffee.
