Kfc - Broadway Ave S suite Rochester

I was craving fried chicken pretty badly, so I got the 5 piece tender big box with a side of fries and gravy. The tenders, which were supposed to be extra crispy, had the texture of microwaved Tyson chicken tenders. The fries tasted freezer-burned and were almost completely soft, and the biscuit was stale. I could understand if I showed up ten minutes before they closed, that would be on me. But I was there over an hour before they closed, and so there’s no excuse for this. The service was pretty decent, at least. I hope the Popeye’s here in town opens soon, because I’ve never had a bad experience with their food when I’ve gone to Minneapolis.

I would like to recommend to visit this KFC whenever you are in Rochester. Their customer service is excellent. Despite thier multitasking efforts, they try to be as polite and as customer friendly as possible. I strongly recommend the chichekn fried lovers to visit this KFC
