Jimmy John's - Broadview Heights

The staff at this restaurant struggles to follow basic instructions. Despite me clearly requesting no lettuce, the cashier confirmed my order but the sandwich was still made with lettuce instead.

The service is fast and the food is consistently accurate.

Great staff, I dealt with Ian and he was excellent.

Charged and never got our food. After an hour we called they said “they’re leaving now” and hung up. Food never showed but the charge to our bank did.? 0/10 recommend.

I decided to go to this location on my way home instead of the one I usually go closer to home because there's a drive-thru and my baby had fallen asleep.They were super rude. Horrible attitude over the speaker from the get-go. I get we all have bad days, but as soon as I pulled up I was just greeted with an attitude. I couldn't get a name because there was no name tag and I wasn't issued a receipt so... oh well. I'll stick to... basically any other Jimmy John's from now onIf you're in this area and want a quick bite, I suggest going to Starbucks. Even if there's a long line it's still better than dealing with someone's bad day that they decide to make your fault.
