We called in after checking out the menu we wanted to eat some traditional pub grub on our way back home from a local day out. The pub was really nice, the staff were really great and the service couldn't be faulted; the locals were friendly and the food was tasty and filling. The sausage and mash came with more veg than I was expecting so that was a lush bonus! All in all, our visit rounded off a brilliant day out and I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
