Shared the combination meal Proprietor 's Choice on the menu said a great feed had steak, beef ribs, chicken and coleslaw with chips 49.95.
Hate to leave bad reviews, and I’ve loved this place previously, but here’s how my most recent experience went. To start the night off, it took over 40 minutes to actually be served by a waitress given glasses of water, at which time we had already given up hope and just ordered through the QR code on the table. We received our drinks in a reasonable timeframe (at the same time, mind you). Following this, it took another 15 minutes for my partner to receive her pasta (fair enough no complaints there). However, my food was nowhere in sight, so we gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, “hey maybe it’ll be out shortly”, we thought. Another 15-20 minutes pass and my steak finally arrived, with my partners pasta now being cold. The story doesn’t end there either, as you’ll see, this $45 prime rib steak was as thin as a pancake and near 40% fat. The “gravy” or whatever you’d like to call it was absolutely rancid and the calamari was 95% batter with squid as thin as paper. You tend to expect a steakhouse to pride themselves on their steak, especially for the price I was charged for it. I would’ve complained to someone, if I’d actually been able to approach anyone, or if anyone showed the courtesy to approach our table and ask how our dinner was. Extremely disappointing and have been put off this particular restaurant as a previously loyal customer.
My wife brought me here toonighy for my birthday, it was phenomenal, can be expensive, but it is worth it! I can't recommend very much. The steaks are cooked for perfection, especially medium-sized, rare, only in place. Great place for family, kids, dates. Will surely come back with more people to experience the place. Staff and managers are exceptional and professional and efficient and everything you want to give you a phenomenal experience.
Open kitchen at 8.30 for a late meal. Also fully air-conditioned on a hot and humid night. I wanted to rate 4 stars because the burger was not so great for the price. But the staff was brilliant. You are really worried about whether you enjoyed your meal. I'd get the steak next time. You would do almost anything to make it a good meal for you. Sure a bit expensive, but you need to pay for good service especially in the middle of Omicron when it is difficult to get good employees.
This is really a well-oiled machine under the leadership of Mark. Excellent good ole fashion service soft drinks filled with speed. The Bloomin Onion was better than the last I tried in Outback Steak House in Japan, and the manager Mark explained how happy we were to try them as they were hard to get from a local producer until recently. Bloomin Burger was also excellent I would have preferred a more prominent sauce on it, but this is up to me to ask chips also excellent crispy and well seasoned. Overall, if you want a legit outback steakhouse experience, then support this local branch and keep the nostalgia alive.
