Mon Petit Throbb

This is the 2nd time I have been here. The first time is when I’m here for their breakfast, the breakfast is above average but the juice is freshly squeezed and very tasty. Their espetada de picanha is very good, try medium cooked as well as their pork belly. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the waiters are very helpful and friendly. A definite gem in the Fourways area.

Truly an amazing hidden gem just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of Monte Casino. Upon entering you immediately feel like it is going to be a great experience just by the friendly staff and the great decorations. The service is great through out the meal. The meal itself is definitely something to boast about. Superbly prepared and tasty with just the perfect portion size. A great experience.

Fell in love with this place the moment I walked in. The ambience was lovely and the waiters were friendly and attentive all night. I loved being able to watch the chef preparing the pizza as we sat very close to the brick oven so entertaining<br/ <br/ The main courses were delicious and very generously portioned (fillet borderlaise and calamari pasta). For starters I ordered the thai salmon fish cakes which were meant to be served with a sriracha mayo but were instead doused in straight sriracha which is only an issue because I struggle with seriously spicy food. My boyfriend ordered the duck spring rolls which were equally delicious.<br/ <br/ The only thing that I would suggest is that their menu indicates more clearly exactly which items contain or may have come into contact with nuts. My boyfriend is incredibly allergic to nuts and while the waiter assured us that nothing we were ordering contained them; he still suffered a mild allergic reaction leading us to suspect that something we ordered must have come into contact with nuts somewhere in the kitchen.<br/

Loved the food and atmosphere. Very different. Only reason for no 5 star was because it has a step into the restaurant so not wheelchair friendly. Hope they put a ramp in.

Excellent food, service and ambiance. The waiter continuously checked on us (without being overbearing) and the food was quick to come. Beautiful setting and the food itself was well made. Cherry on top: extremely well priced!!! Definitely coming back here
