Yo Sushi - Broad Channel

Great find on DoorDash! The sushi was fresh and portions were good. Was quick, would reorder again!

Soft shell crab not worth it. Very small. Eel sauce not worth it; tastes like vinegar. Sushi sauce not worth it; tastes like bbq sauce. The Philadelphia roll says smoked, I know exactly how lox tastes like. Over all, I do not recommend.

My experience here honestly didn't start off so well. The pickup system at 1am was inefficient and I ended up waiting a long time to be helped. There was a problem with my order so it was not ready then. The chef personally helped me choose new items, and he was kind and patient. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. English is not everyone's first language, so I would not recommend coming here if you are impatient. The food, though, made the wait totally worth it in my opinion. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I was especially happy with the generous portioning of the tuna roll, which had a huge piece of fresh tuna inside, about 3 times more than I am used to getting from other places. The tuna tartare and futomaki were also excellent. The food left nothing to be desired, and I will be back even though I had a long wait this time. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time thing. The staff is so kind and accommodating, you just have to be willing to talk to them and treat them with respect.

Spicy Happy Roll was a dream. Such good portion size and amazing quality. Spicy Tuna Roll is also the best i have ever had. Highly recommend.
