Wendy's - Broad Channel

I swear only in Brooklyn can you experience what I’m about to describe . As soon as I came in I see crazy Bangladeshi kicking a bum out screaming at him I have like 30 Grubhub Africans in front of me with their iPhones out waiting for their pick ups so you couldn’t tell if they had a line for orders or pick ups . I ask the guy in the front of the counter where the line begins and he points with his lips toward the garbage can . Pause . It is what it is I go to the back and wait with my guy to make our order. While we are patiently waiting for to order the bum that had originally got kicked out came back in this time he has his hand on his meat and looks straight at a cleaner who is disinfecting the chair

This is the worst Wendys in the world, omm. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times they’ve completely messed my order up. Either giving me the wrong frosty flavor, the wrong burger, spilled my drink in my order, poor packaging, rude costumer service over the phone, you name it, they are it. I hate it here.

The staff was friendly. But they didn’t have grilled chicken. I don’t eat fried chicken. So I was disappointed. I didn’t buy anything.

Don't bother. A 16 ounce bottle of water is $2 and a couple of cents. I bought delivery and asked for 2. They asked for $5.62 for two 16ounce bottles of water.

This Location Needs to be closed down to many kids working no adults nobody is following policy it’s the worst food to buy in brooklyn to be honest…. MANAGER FEMALE IS GHETTTTTTTTTTTO SHE NEED A HIGHER UP TO CHECK HER TO PIPE HER DOWN…..FOOD IS NASTY SO ARE THE WORKERS COLD FOOD
