Contribuiți la feedbackI have been a customer for as long as they have been open……however my delivery tonite was horrible. When u order a hamburger fries, does anyone think to add KETCHUP. There was one measly package.Won’t order again. SooooooSTUPID on someone’s part. REALLY. Won’t comment on the rest of the order. Good way to lose customers.
The Woman at the cash register is so mean and rude. She treats customer so poorly. It is a turn off for people wanting to enter the store. And they don’t clean out their blenders, my fruit smoothies taste like ginger root and fern half the time.
Turkey, egg and cheese rolls got charged 9$. When it's cost 3.50$. GREEDY owner said 3.50 is a morning price. Sht guy
They usually mess the order up somehow by not listening and rushing. Cat in store means other things. Not the cleanest. Constant attitude.. FOR some mediocre food? Yah, I’ll pass! Also if you get delivery make sure you repeat your address 9-10x… you know so you get your food!
Everyone here was super rude. Maybe they were having a bad day, you never know, but it wasn't crazy busy or anything. Chef cut me off rudely while I was explaining my order. Nothing worse in an NYC bodega than a pushy person rushing you through your order and then, of course, messing up the order. Ordered some fresh OJ and the cashier gave me a bunch of attitude about not pre-ordering it before I went to pay. Not sure how that matters as it took all of a minute to set it up. Sorry I didn't understand your rules/processes, I'm just there to politely pay you money for juice and be on my way. Whole time I was there felt like I wasn't wanted there. It's nearby to our apartment but hey, I'd rather go anywhere else where they are happy to have my and I'm not treated as privileged to be there.
