Teriyaki One - Broad Channel

I just ordered a shrimp teriyaki,it had no teriyaki sauce, it was just plain rice and shrimp, I ordered 2 of the chicken dumplings and only received 1 of them. This is the second time they forgot my dumplings. When I called the restaurant the lady said it's not necessary to refund any of money, that's horrible because I didn't even receive the second dumpling. I like the food but that was horrible service

The chicken teriyaki bento box are THE BEST I've ever had and love the freshness of the food. The service is great.

After the chicken teriaki lunch, I got a full box of dry rice. Little meat and no teriyaki sauce. I had food in my bag before I paid. and I didn't see anything. I opened the food at home!

The quality of this place has gone down tremendously. Today I received my order of a chicken teriyaki meal with extra chicken and a lemonade, however I received a measly amount of chicken and just a cup in the bag. DO NOT GO HERE.

They give you a lot of food for the price and it's delicious. I like the teriyaki chicken with fried rice. The spring rolls are a little greasy but they're pretty good. I like coming here whenever I go to the home depot nearby.
