I think the hate on this place is overrated. Though I don't think it is 5-stars perfect, I think it should be pushed to the 3 star range. Yes, the prices are high, but what do you expect? You're at JFK. Service was good, and I got my burger, plus they gave me free ketchup and water. All in all, it's not perfect, but one of the better places here
No customer service. don’t waste your time and money!
Terrible! Microwaved food at an outrageous price. Even for an airport. Go anywhere else.
The food was disgusting and it tasted like it was still frozen the fries had no flavor and it was soggy I recommend nobody ever to eat here because they will serve you terrible food and it’s expensive.
