Starbucks - Broad Channel

Terrible customer service…waited for 20mins to get my drink in which I never received. When I wanted to get my refund they had me waiting for another 10mins. Plus the girl had an attitude.

Not organized, we come here a lot and the past few weeks have been horrible. They don’t make the drinks in order, the drinks are being made incorrect for multiple other customers, and they are improperly staffed for the amount of orders they receive.

I was there customer but when i ask for restroom they said that not for customer

Very few workers, long lines and people just don't fit, why don't you hire more people, people look very tired, it doesn't look good and of course they are not able to do everything here at once, as they do not have enough assistants! I like this please, not bed coffee and service, but it’s not enough.

One of the best locations i've been to. Very friendly staff.
