Shake Shack Upper West Side

This place is a fantastic spot for burgers and drinks. They offer a delicious vegan burger, and the crinkle-cut fries are a nice touch. I tried the mango and passionfruit drink, but it was more like a flavored squash than a beverage. Overall, it's still a good experience. The staff were friendly, though the wait time to place an order felt longer than at McDonald's. However, the food was definitely better quality, albeit at a higher price.

I stopped by for lunch after visiting the American Museum of Natural History. The walk-up kiosks made ordering quick and convenient, even during the busy lunch hour. Although the seating on the first floor was full, we easily found plenty of available tables downstairs. The tables could have been cleaned more thoroughly between customers, but given the high traffic, we didn’t mind giving ours a quick wipe down. Our food was ready in under 10 minutes. The chicken sandwich and chicken bites were hot and delicious, but the fries were lukewarm and underwhelming. The selection of shake flavors was limited, but we chose the mini size, which was a perfect ending to our meal.

The cashier and staff have very poor attitudes and lack customer service skills. I asked a straightforward question about the typical wait time for food, but the employee didn't acknowledge me and simply walked away. The food is decent, and the shakes are excellent.

Great shake shack burger store. two levels so there are always enough sitting places. shake shack even give me a new limo drink when i accidentally dropped my drink. The burger was always great and dilicious price little bit high as usual.

One of the very few American fast food chains I'd love to have in Europe. Great crinkle cut fries and burgers! And the strawberry milkshake was pretty good too
