Sedgwick Pizza - Broad Channel

Horrible customer service. I’ve ordered from them various times and have not had an issue. This time they messed the food up, chicken was UNDERCOOKED. They remade the food, resent it and instead of bringing it upstairs asked for me to go down. Will not be ordering again.

I came from italy from Milano and the food was amazing, the owner Tony is a very nice person I suggest coming to this place ciao

Your menu states a small cheese pizza costs $13. I was charged $14. Good or bad, won’t be back to support liars. I would have left a tip but not after you outright overcharged me I could tell you were being dishonest. For those of you wondering, it was pick up, not delivery and I usually leave a tip. Not today.

TOO Over priced ???? for me. THE PORTION OF FOOD IS NOT THAT MUCH. TUNA FISH SANDWICH ? WORSE ? I EVER HAD. ?

We absolutely loved the pizza! The owner is such a kind person and even though we live 5+ hours away, we will be back!
