Had a reservation tonight, travelled all the way from England to find that it was shut. Yet they’re still taking online bookings don’t be fooled.

Profile says this business is open until 10:30 on Wednesdays, but my friends and I have repeatedly tried to get in around 9-9:15 pm that day and it’s already fully closed and locked. Would love to actually try it some time…

Excellent stop for traditional hot pot or sushi! For $40 we had unlimited sushi and hot pot selections. The servers were very helpful, and the quality of everything was excellent. I’ve had hot pot style meals in Japan and this was just as good!

Beautiful place, food was good but nothing great. You can get better hot pot elsewhere for cheaper and better service. Their service is lacking. Despite it not being busy, servers and managers were standing around chatting with themselves. It took an hour for them to acknowledge we were ready to order. Reviews are also inflated due to promos for giving a good review.

It's a great hotpot and sushi restaurant right in the heart of Times Square/midtown. Spacious and gorgeous interior and great food! $39.99 for all-you-can-eat. The price seafood AYCE is higher but I don't recall how much. The only thing that makes me take away 1 star for was the slow and inattentive service, wrong order even when the restaurant was not busy at all.
