Not friendly stuff and they don’t understand anything

I went in there today and order 10 pc with large sides and biscuits. All the food was terrible the 7 pieces missing 3. The wings and legs were so small it was ridiculous and the biscuits were far from fluffy, the French fries tasted old n refried...NEVER EVER AGAIN I wasted my my money.

Grabbed a bite to go from the mall and it was great! I finally had the chicken sandwich. I loved it! Chicken fingers were really breaded (meal picked up for family member) and they did enjoy it, but said there was a lot of batter. Fries are amazing! Loved them. Overall, worth the money and really well prepared

They are always busy and the food is good. Service is just okay. Sometimes the tables are not clean and they forget to give you sauces or will offer to make an item that is not really available, and then forget that you ordered it. Sometimes I find extra chicken strips in my box, which is always a win, because the chicken strips can sometimes just be so tiny, so it makes sense if they give a little more.
