Palace Fried Chicken - Broad Channel

They gave us a chicken burger that was completely raw. That is incredibly dangerous and can make people sick. When we told them, they said “I know.”

A made an order online, and after two hours I didn’t receive anything, so I decide to call to the guy on the phone tell me that they cant do it. So why they don’t communicate with costumers what a wrong with customer service, me and my family were waiting for two hours to EAT!

Amazing food, amazing customer service. For sure reccomend.

The delivery take one hour and half. And the food is cold. The menu says one prices and you receive other charges.

Told me at 1252pm they didnt have burgers at that time. only in another hour smh. They've been open since 11am
