Old Xi’an - Broad Channel

This place is very inconsistent. Sometimes the food is okay, other times not so much. Just ordered Stewed pork hand ripped noodles with extra meat. Guess what, there was NO meat. How do you forget to add the main ingredient to a dish. They prepare everything super fast, I guess they don’t do any quality control.

I passed by this place a bunch of times and it’s been on my list to check off. Love me some western Chinese hand pulled soup. I got the spicy beef. Came out pretty quick for a lunch hour. The broth is authentic. Tastes like they’ve been cooking it for hours. The beef was falling apart. I have a particular thing about the utensils I eat with and sorry to say the Togo spoons they have don’t give enough room for the best bite. I’ll prob be back for the cucumbers the lamb burger. See y’all next time

Tasty noodles. Service is fast and decent veggie options.

I only tried the lamb skin noodles and this review is based on that, the lamb skin noodles were ok and i ordered it at the end of the day. the flavor was interesting and the texture was pretty good but it did fall apart don't know if that's on me for ordering end of day or it is like that. It wasn't filling compared to other restaurants, overall i recommend other places but it wasn't too bad for the availability at that time.
