Oceanic Boil — Rego Park

The food wasn’t cooked that well. Ordered fried calamari, it was over fried (did not taste well). Me and my partner then ordered a medium well done steak, and received the steak medium rare. As for the salmon it was okay and the only decent meal. I think this is a good place for boiled food only and not regular dishes.

I ordered snow crab legs and the crabs were small and they did put enough sauce but my fiancé’s meal came with bigger crabs because he ordered shrimp also but still not enough sauce… I don’t think it should go by how much u spend on your meal, I just didn’t want shrimps. Seafood is expensive and if a customer is spending they’re money they expect to have a decent meal! The drinks were ok but could’ve been better, definitely not the best seafood boil spot in town!

The food was excellent, fresh and very good. service was great, this will be my go to spot for seafood.

I am very appalled and hurt my the service I received here as a long-standing customer. Me and my family came here to in remembrance of a loved one who had passed away. We were dining outside and a huge rat crawled on our food, table and dining area. Due to sanitation issues, and no longer desiring food that had a rat on it we asked that the food that was on the table that we didn't eat be removed from the bill.
