Nolbu Nolbu New York - Broad Channel

Even with two other competing kimbap spots within a 2 block radius, Nolbu is still and always will be my preferred kimbap spot. I've been coming here since I was in elementary school and their quality has been the same or even better since. They have an extensive selection of Korean comfort food and affordable kimbap, which are all reasonably priced. The prices have gone up because of inflation, but even then it's worth it because they're very generous with their portions and fillings. My go to order is usually their eel avocado kimbap, but all of them are loaded and just as good. Sometimes they'll have some pre-made items like dumplings and such. I highly recommend trying their crispy chicken tenders! They coat it with Rice Krispies and it makes them extra crispy, but still very juicy. They surprisingly stay crispy for a while too, so it makes it great for potlucks and similar occasions. There's pretty limited seating in there, but it's pretty much cafeteria style. I usually order take out, but in the past I've gotten my food and eaten there too. You'll be responsible for getting your order and cleaning up after yourself though.

My second visit here but first time eating in.I ordered the omelet with tomatoly rice; delicious, satisfying and filling. The second dish was their famous chicken stripes; so crunchy juicy and fresh.What is a visit here without an order of kimbap ?Their most popular is the pork belly kimbap; slightly spicy and delicious. It was a lot of food!Service us great and friendly.A great place to eat.

Absolutely delicious! I got toe 3 Kimbaps: bulgogi, spicy bulgogi, and pork cutlet. They were great. We took it to go. Service was fast and they have us free miso soup as well. Can’t wait to go back.

Avoid ordering the sausage kimbap; it's not worth it. The kimbap contains raw spinach, which should be cooked, and despite being listed with carrots, there are none included.
