Midnight Express Diner - Broad Channel

Although this place is busy, we got a table rather quickly and service and food was spot on. Everyone we dealt with was nice and attentive.

What a fantastic diner. Super authentic with warm welcoming staff. All the things on the menu that you would hope and expect to be there. We ate waffles and pancakes with litres of maple syrup and crispy bacon- all washed down with chocolate milkshake and coffee. Definitely worth a trip!!! Walk off the calories with a leisurely walk to the Met museum or Central Park!!! Well done ME diner, you smashed it:

All-day breakfast even on weekdays, featuring all the classics (eggs, pancakes, bagels, etc. Very friendly service as well, and great music as a bonus. No frills, just the caffeine and brunch food you want (lunch options too , and a chill atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best, if not THE best, diners on the upper east side. The decor is charming and the music always fun. The waiters remember you when you come often and are excellent servers. The food is always delicious and plentiful and comes to the table FAST FAST FAST. Im always shocked at how quickly they bring out your order. This is my go-to spot for brunch, lunch or a delicious late night breakfast craving. They also deliver. Highly recommend. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Kid-friendliness: We always bring our 1yr old with us. They have high chairs and can always accommodate our family. Our son loves their fries and burgers as well as their omelettes and home fries, which are delicious!

The only diner I've been to in Manhattan but it's very nice and the food was good. Service was also great.
