Maestro Pasta - Broad Channel

It is a very nice looking store in the downtown. The overall setup of the store was really attractive and here you can see their whole pasta making process I must say this is the most freshly made pasta I have had in New York City. Plus their option to make your own pasta was a really nice touch. I took the Mushroom and Alfredo pasta. To he honest I didn’t like the taste of it much. The pasta was a but undercooked and dry. This is a Gem! Delicious Fresh pasta.. Do not let the quick preparation fool you the dishes are made to order fresh. Many choices, attentive service and nice portion size. Great find and reasonably priced. I will be back!

Super cute but lowkey spot. the pasta was super fresh and everyone that worked there was super warm and welcoming! it’s super quick — chipotle style ordering but with fresh ingredients. The pasta is made right in front of your face! will definitely be back.

Excellent pasta and service! The bolognese with fettuccine was divine, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Would also recommend the tiramisu, not overly sweet but great taste and textures! Staff were very friendly!
