The restaurant was dirty. The staff was not friendly and the food was not great. Surely would not want to go again

Great service, great food! Been dining at La Candela for 30 years! Disregard the negative reviews!

I’ve been coming here for years with my family. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The staff became very rude. Drinks tasted like virgin drinks, completely filled with just ice. After telling the waiter that, he replies “I know” and walks away. He never came back with another and of course put it on the bill as well. Had a horrible experience at this place. The bar tender discouraged us sitting at the bar at 9 pm on a Saturday. (the bar was empty) We wanted to have a drink first at the bar then sit for dinner. Even though the kitchen closes at 10 pm, he did not want us to do both. So we ended up having just dinner. Worse is he had an attitude and we felt like he did not want us there. Later on we found out he is one of the co owners of the restaurant. I have never written a negative review on anythin … – show
