Joe's Pizza Broadway - Broad Channel

Once again, the pizza was burnt and cold. I won't be ordering from here again.

The pizza lacked extra cheese and was of very poor quality. I'm really disappointed.

Honestly, I have to say that this is the most overrated slice of pizza in New York City. The disparity between the rave reviews for Joe's Pizza and the actual quality is just absurd. I've ordered from here multiple times over the years, usually out of desperation, and every time I'm shocked by how disappointing it is. Each time I take that first bite of the cold, soggy, burnt slice, I'm hit with the same wave of disappointment. It's really just bad pizza trying to pass itself off as something special. I recommend staying away!

This Joe Pizza offers one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had! There were large areas without sauce and the flavors of both the sauce and cheese were completely lacking. The dough on the fresh mozzarella pizza was soggy. I specifically asked them not to char or burn the pizza, but they did it anyway, which did nothing to enhance the dish. Additionally, the staff working late at night around 11:28 pm were extremely rude and even hung up on me. I would not recommend this place at all.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was quick, even in the middle of the night.
