The meat was a bit fatty and very pricey. The most disappointing thing was the mac n cheese and the brisket queso. I'm still not convinced they used cheese. There was definitely no seasoning.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wingsSlaw
Dinner was more than we expected. Enjoyed every bite.
Bbq place inside industry city. Pretty pricey but decent bbq.Brisket : the fatty parts were good but the lean parts were dry and chewy.Beef rib : the best thing that we got. Was pretty juicy and had a nice crust and wasn 't dry. Very steep price at 55 dollars though.Pastrami bacon : kinda just tasted like bbq pork belly to me. Didn 't really get what it was.
The best brisket in NYC. So tender and juicy (even the elan part). The portion was huge, much more than what I expected. Had their weekend-only pastrami sandwich before. It was also delicious . The mustard spread was a bit too salty though, but the meat part was 9/10!
