I'm sorry but my experience this morning was met with rude people at DD. No good morning back. I walked towards this person because she was prepping orders for pick up/delivery near the front, showed my confirmation and was met with “for”. What does that mean “for”, I don't understand “for”. “It's open 24hrs”. That's a concept not known to this particular store. I work overnight and the 7 eleven on Columbus closed permanently, making this the only coffee shop open in this area after 10pm. So you think. If you are in this area at that time, save yourself the headache and walk a little further up to 96 and Bway which is open “24hrs”. Came here once today and this will be my last. Only a greedy owner charges .30 for one extra pump of caramel when every other DD else I go isn’t that petty. Take care. Customer service needs to improve.

Give the dude working alone, 1/29/21 during the snow storm a raise. There was a long line inside and out around the corner. This guy was super calm, very polite despite people becoming impatient, and online orders coming in.

Staff is rude. No good mornings or thank you at all. They have an attitude.
