Dunkin' - Broad Channel

THREE TIMES I’ve been here and they’re out of bacon cheddar bites — which I would’ve been fine with IF they didn’t still keep them on the menu to order but substitute the nasty spinach ones for them and NOT tell me! I would’ve said I don’t even want them!

I came in for Dunkin’s national free donuts for Veterans(I am a Vet). The employees looked at us like we were idiots when we asked. They said they weren’t told about it. No problem we explained it to them and asked them to ask management if their location was participating in it. They looked us in the face and said “You really want us to get our manager for that?”. I told them they don’t have to bring the manager just do us the favor of asking. They refused to do so, so we just left calmly. I’m … – show

Not 24 hrs. The worker closes the door and does not even open the window after 10.

Service is bad, have kids working there, not train properly, they need help, No hair nets.

Not open 24 hours the guy in charge locked the doors and ran away when he saw me approaching the store
