There’s always a homeless person in front of the store. Staff is usually rude and tend to mess up your order 90% of the time.

Whoever the guy is on the register after 3 pm is unprofessional and seems to hate his job so much I will definitely not be returning due to his poor customer service skills unprofessional attitude he's an Indian guy on the register after 3 pm terrible attitude does not like to help customers one lady ordered he sucked his teeth one lady said she wanted an item but no cheese he said he's gonna put cheese Thursday afternoon one lady ordered a drink latte with French vanilla he said oh 5 pumps extra sweet okay extremely rude she then walked out because of it

Went into DD, ordered the 2pc biscuit bite and Bagel twist w/cheese. Which I found very tasty. Ordered me orange juice. Drank my OJ which was nice and cold. The staff was cordial and I didn't have to wait long for items ordered.

The best dunkin donuts in Spanish Harlem !!!!!!! Fresh food well done and they are super nice and respectful!

Placed my order via the APP while i was walking and once i arrived my coffee was made n my bagel was getting packed.
