Corkbuzz - Broad Channel

Great wine bar that I frequent! I really like their fries and the red (gamay) tasting flight. It’s also a good place to do an activity for friends — if you pick the blind tasting flight, they give you an elaborate worksheet to fill out. It’s a fun way to learn more about wine and your wine palette/preferences.

My group of friends was treated terribly here. I always leave positive reviews but in this situation, I have to be honest. If you're a group of women, find somewhere else to go.

Dinner, wine and good company is always good, but Corkbuzz makes it experience. Their wine list is top topnotch. The cacio e pepe is to die for and the homemade ricotta is an absolute must. The chicken schnitzel was amazing with it's mustard aioli.

Delicious food and lovely wait staff. The nettle spanakopita was amazing!

We boldly went with the Three Blind Wines, which is a blind taste of 3 reds or 3 whites (your pick). We were told this is what sommeliers get and they fill out a sheet identifying the wine based on its color, density, smell, taste, aura, spirit animal etc. OK, maybe not the latter two, but you get the idea. This sheet was massive, and I'm pretty proud to say we almost went the whole nine yards. In the end, the answers they revealed didn't really tell us if we identified the different attributes … – show
