Copper Mug Coffee - Broad Channel

Asked the cashier if I could get a stamp on my rewards card for ordering a tea. His response was “OH HELL NO!” He laughed in my face and made my tea. The entire experience was incredibly off-putting. Generally the coffee is good and the staff is usually pretty cool. This guy made me never want to come back.

Oh my god, I found Portuguese PASTEL DE NATA and it was absolutely amazing. Can’t get back to this cozy beautiful cafe sooner and have another Pastel. I have to add I had one of my best Cortado ever. Best in Brooklyn.

The owner is kind and working behind the bar. His passion for coffee is palpable. It is great to see local business owners open shops that speak to their passion! This is what NYC is all about! I really enjoyed spending time and money here ️ They use multi-roasters which keeps things interesting. There are an innumerable amount of local small batch coffee roasters and possibilities abound! I’m always at Copper Mug because it has the perfect mix of quality coffee, great service, good vibes/music, and space to sit. My favorite treat is the freshly baked Nutella banana bread!
