Chef Katsu Brooklyn - Broad Channel

Absolutely yummy food. second time going there and i ordered the salmon katsu sandwich and red bean matcha ice cream buns. i love this cozy neighborhood staple. cannot stress how yummy the food is. my partner had the salmon dashi chazuke and loved it as well. will be back!

The chicken katsu was very crispy and not too oily! It was really delicious with the curry, but there was just too much curry. Like it was literally a soup. The ikura don was also alright, but there was definitely not enough salmon; the salmon also didn’t have much flavour. Also do not get the matcha latte. It literally tastes like water.

So good. Always friendly and delicious food. Definitely recommend the katsu burger and some of the best fries.

The Chicken Katsu burger is AMAZING!! SOOO crunchy!

My friend and I came here for dinner! You order at the front and they bring the food to you. We both got the pork katsu sandwich and shared fries (plenty for two people). Everything tasted so clean haha like its real food and not bad for you.
