Carlos Gabby's - Broad Channel

This place is mostly a ghost kitchen . When you walk in you have roughly ten square feet of space to stand out and wait for your order. I got their twelve-piece wings with bourbon sauce to go. There is no place to sit. I was impressed by the sweet and strong flavor of the sauce and how the meat of the wings was eagerly falling off the bone. The wings are said to be wood-smoked and you could tell by the flavor. Overall this place has great wings. It 'd be great to see them expand to more of a sit-down place in the future.

It's not top notch. But it has what you looking for. The place is tiny with very few inside seating. Outside there is more tables. The menu comes from the other restaurants which he ownes.. American, Mexican, middle eastern and some steak. Prices are fair for Manhattan. Short wait time from order to receiving the food. Quality is good but could be better. I got the burger and fries.

Really tasty, great at accommodating a lot of very particular orders perfectly, ready for pickup when they said they would be. Can't ask for more than that.

This place might be closed permanently? Listed as open (on a Sunday at 6pm), but when we went for dinner, they were closed. Someone outside said potentially shut down. Didn’t see a restaurant sign above the door or anything and no one around inside.

It's more for a take out or Uber Eats but the food is fresh and quality. Great tast and timely.
