Blue Tijuana - Broad Channel

The good: chiles rellenos was good and filling. Also their complimentary nachos tasted fresh and homemade, not store bought. Salsa could do with more spice. Refill on complimentary nachos was appreciated. Service was nice and attentive. Meh: I ordereda corona michelada. They ran out of the seasoning to make the drink and told me about it. They basically brought me a coronawith lime in a salt rimmed glass. I?d expected this but they charged me for a michelada instead of a corona. Rice and beans werebland. Friend had the tacos Al Cabron, said it lacked flavor. It looked rather sad too. Overall, meal was enjoyable because Ihad the chiles rellenos and would only order this entree from here.

The food was okay... although the beans and rice looked as tho water was added to a can of refried beans, and it was bland. The prices were absurd considering location and the menu itself. In addition, the prices did not match those on their website. Theywere much higher in person. $18 for guacamole that was supposed to be prepared tableside, but it was brought out in minutesalready prepared. Overall, the prices were not commensurate with the dining experience. You look at the plate and decide ifthat's a $28 meal!
