Baskin-robbins - Broad Channel

Very busy drive thru customers favored over walk ins so there is a long line inside with only one person to deal with donuts and ice cream. On the good side they regularly have free samples such as yesterday they had free mini size iced caramel mocha latee s but it didnt help the fact that we waited 25 min to order our ice cream. The drive thru is fast and easy. Also they recently renovated the bathroom you just need to borrow the gas station style huge keyring from the cashier.

My two sons and i went to this store on Oct 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2017!!!!!!! We all counted the cakes!!! There were only7 cakes in the store!!!!! I just moved nearby a month ago n Oct 9 th was my son s birthday!!! Imagine i cannot buy his favorite cake at all. What is happening to the store. I want a reply on this. Is this store owned by Indian? Baskin robbin was not like this long time ago. I hope the Indian franchise will nit ruin the Baskin robbins image

The hours on the door say 11pm I got there 1030 and couldn't get to get inside so the kids could pick their ice cream I was very disappointed

Went here on July 31st for the 1.50 per scoop. Was greeted by a nice gentleman but told him to give me a few mins to decide on what flavor to choose and soon after about 10 mins someone came and helped us. It was a lady named Runa. And honestly saying i did not like her attitude. They have this pink spoon pledge (uploaded photo below) stating sample any flavor for free until you find your right one.
