Contribuiți la feedbackA neighborhood gem that's worth the trip from other parts. Think Israeli tapas, small plates of elevated Mediterranean food meant to be shared. Having had the whole menu, I can confidently say there are no low points. The front is friendly and attentive and the kitchen is efficient and consistent. The menu changes regularly as well keeping things fresh and interesting.
The food was tasty and interesting, and the service was excellent. Our Branzino was excellent but it had a lot of bones in it, so watch out for that. The music was not loud so it was easy to have a conversation. Try the specials!
Chef Alexis has this place rocking the Israeli inspired cuisine including fabulous fried olives, extraordinary Brussels sprouts, the best salmon ever, and baklava ice cream to top it all off. Our server, Mark, knew the menu well and was gracious, attentive and helpful. Greek gin and French wine complemented our meal at this gem of a bistro, and we hope you’ll try it as we know you will enjoy.
The stuffed cabbage is divine. The prices are correct for NYC.
$19 for two soup dumplings. The food is good, but it’s far from *that* good. Too expensive to enjoy.
