Bagels Schmear - Broad Channel

Customer service is impeccable. They missed a part of my order and I’d only realized after paying for it and leaving, but when I called to let them know, they got my address and hand delivered the missing items to me. I was honestly shocked and amazed at how efficient and dedicated they were to making sure their customers are fully satisfied! I will be a lifelong loyal customer after this

Incredible bagel. Crisp outside and soft inside. Got the bacon egg and cheese on a garlic bagel and it was delicious. Coupled with a nice hot coffee, it was the best start to a rainy NYC day. Line was nearly out the door, but they moved through it in about 10 minutes.

Bagels were delicious with a lot of salmon. Great choices of cream cheese. Would definitely come back. Staff very friendly.

I had cinnamon raisin bagel with walnut cream cheese no flavor at all. I'm so disappointed. Staff really nice!
