Arabesque - Broad Channel

THIS PLACE DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE...However the new restaurant kept the same number as Arabesque!

Restaurant with excellent Moroccan specialties, probably one of the best restaurants we have had in New York, a city where it is difficult to find anything other than hamburgers.

BEWARE! I made reservations and when I arrived it was closed.

Came to hang with a friend visiting from atl. Decided to try something new. The belly dancer was a nice touch. The scene is very middle eastern. The club across the street had a more diverse crowd. The hookah is $50 but my friend had it by himself I don’t smoke. The music is mediocre. They need more of a variety. Seems like they don’t know what crowd their aiming for especially since everyone there looked over 40. It wasn’t packed for a Saturday night. I think they need to appeal to diverse crowd and get a dj that can also play relevant music. The music was 85% middle eastern fun but becomes overbearing after awhile. Would go back to try more food and because it’s really nice spot.

Great spot for a healthy option. Good for business meeting
