Tammsvik Herrgård - Bro

The setting is wonderful and the facilities are nice. The two saunas on the water are excellent. The pub in the basement carries a wide assortment of beer, not just same old tired lagers. This alone warrants an extra star. The facilities are spread over three or four buildings making it somewhat quirky. The restaurant was good but during my two day visit they served alot of fish, something that simply isn't for me, making it hard to really grade the restaurant.

This is a funny and Happy place. The decoration is hilarious and they even have their own cartoon magazine. The place allows to deploy some creative energies, the food is great and the staff is friendly. Wines were ok, the beer selection was fantastic. The rooms were a bit retro, but it gave a little extra charm to it:

A very good hotel. Nice prices, delicious food and a happy staff. It is not comfortable to go to Stockholm if you don't have a car, but possible. It is a place on the beautiful nature, so think twice before you will go to the big city.
