The aromen in each court were spectacular and in the position to share a conversation with chris, to learn more about its cooking and experience was simply unpaid.

I hugely enjoyed my evening here. Up there with the very best dining experiences and I have had a lot of good ones. Chris is a hugely engaging guide and the quality of his fish and compositions is extremely high.

Wow, what an amazing experience. Chris is a true artist, fascinating to watch, and entertaining to listen to. The food is sublime, course after course of perfectly balanced, intense flavour. I hope to visit again as soon as I can land another booking!

Simply outstanding. What a great experience from start to finish with fantastic cooked dishes followed by delicious nigiri. This place needs to be on everyone’s must go to list. Chris was really engaging and clearly passionate about his craft and was a pleasure to also meet his mum who also works alongside him. The cocktails (jasmine sour in particular) were also a great highlight and definitely worth coming back for shout out to the amazing cocktail guy who’s coming up with new drinks all the time. It really has to be up there with some of the best Japanese food in London. At £75pp it’s fantastic value and personally I think they should be charging more! Will certainly be back soon (though I think they are only going to be doing Sundays and Mondays soon potentially)

Currently, this is the best omakase in the city. The quality and presentation of the dishes are outstanding. Plus, the chef has a natural talent for entertaining guests. I rarely feel this happy while dining!
