My hashbrowns were cold, hard and burnt 

I visit this restaurant nearly every day. It's always clean, the staff is friendly, and the coffee is delicious. I've never encountered any problems.

An employee refused service to customers who were better off not being there.

The service is excellent, and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Make sure to grab your donuts early. I recommend avoiding the bitter cold brew, though.

Chase and the other people on his shift are great hard working employees with great customer service.

My favorite coffe always a great experience never too busy.
