Caffe Nero - Bristol, City of

I really enjoy their cappuccino and cream bun (maritozzi).

Unfortunately, the restaurant does not open at 8 am on Sundays as advertised online. The service was poor, as the barista with curly hair saw me waiting outside but rudely ignored me. If you don't want to be treated poorly, this is not the place for you.

Staff closed up tills before 7 even though a hot beverage was not required.

The atmosphere is dreadful. Shop is very loud as it seems to be a meeting spot for all the delivery drivers (Uber, deliveroo, etc), and at times it it's difficult to have a normal conversation!

Absolutely awful. Never ever again. Had a large delivery waiting for an hour. Only to get a call to say they have ‘decided’ to close early and therefore cancelled my order. A business was relying on this. What a terrible service!!
