Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I was picking up a door dash order .The guy filling the drinks. ran out side twice with out a to go oder. waited about 10 min to fill drinks(3) of them and still had to ask for a tray for the cups.

The absolute worst service I've ever had. Not only did I have to wait 10 minutes to give them my order .I also had to pull around and wait in my food for another 20 minutes after I paid for it. Everyone working in the drive thru on 12/7/2023 should be fired!

Went for lunch. Used drive thru. The food was ready nearly immediately. Which means it was already cooked and sitting. Not so good for fried chicken strips and fries. We had a small fingers and fries. The fries had so much seasoning salt they were nearly inedible. Even the Texas toast was salty. Strips were all we could eat. Threw half the meal away because it was so salty. Won’t be going back to this one.

We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered two meals and one drink. We were asked to pull around to wait. We waited 20 minutes! Cars were lined up around the building waiting for food. Finally, my husband went inside to ask for our money back and was told our food was coming. Another 5 minutes later, we finally got it. This Zaxbys hasn't had their act together since they opened, but this was ridiculous!

One of the few places that I actually go in and sit down to enjoy lunch cuz it's always a good experience in my the food's amazing
