Sonic Drive-in - Bristol

The experience was generally positive with a nice atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the food was inventive, but we did have an issue with the popcorn chicken. We paid $8 for a serving that was mostly just fried skin—there was hardly any chicken to be found in the whole batch. On the other hand, my Coney Chili Cheese Dog was delicious, and the double cheeseburger that my companion had was fantastic as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff was friendly and helpful. I encountered an issue with the app not allowing me to add my debit card. I wanted to get my drink at half price and use the voucher for a burger that I had received. Fortunately, the employee took care of the situation, adjusting the price to work with the app, and accepted cash payment, which allowed me to essentially receive an additional voucher since it wasn't deducted from my app. This is how a business should operate!

I often go for lunch at this restaurant since it's conveniently located near my workplace. I visited this afternoon and used the drive-thru. I arrived at 7:28 and didn't leave until 7:41 because nobody communicated about the delay. I spoke to an employee who walked by; they mentioned they were busy and would be with me shortly. I understand that things can get hectic, but waiting for 13 minutes with 3 to 4 cars behind me without any updates was quite frustrating. Unfortunately, I missed my lunch break today. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Very pleasant waiting staff. Easy to order via intercom and have delivered it to the car. The onion rings were especially great!

Food was good hot friendly service. They were a little short handed, but done great
