Saladworks - Bristol

After she prepared my meal, I asked the young woman at the cash register for the manager's name. The assistant manager overheard me and was even more irritated; she approached me with a look that suggested she might lash out and said, "I’m the Assistant Manager! Do you have a problem?!" I was taken aback and could only reply that I hoped her day improved. I didn't intend to leave a negative review, but after two weeks without any response to my feedback on the Saladworks website regarding my poor treatment, I feel compelled to share my experience here. I won’t be returning, as I would prefer to avoid encountering such a disgruntled employee again.

We came to Saladworks for lunch for my mother’s birthday. One in the party had eaten here before and loved it. The ladies behind the counter were amazing! I love the colors and decorations in this store.Two of us got the make your own salads I love the variety of toppings! My mother got the Sophie’s salad she said it was delicious. While we were eating one of the ladies came out with a cup with some candy, a clip and a coupon for my mom’s birthday. She was so pleased.We will definitely come back and eat here again. I want to try the grain bowl, soup and sandwiches.

I'm disappointed with my visit today.The food was good, but the service from the staff was not. I asked for my salad to be tossed in the dressing. I went to the restroom while she finished making my salad and my husband brought the food to our table. When I came back the salad was not tossed and all the toppings were not evenly distributed.This frustrated me because it is hard to mix the salad in the section of the pick 2 bowl. As I mixed it myself I realized there was only 4 really big pieces of greens in my bowl to begin with. The greens to toping ratio was way off. I practically had a toping salad.In addition to her not meeting my request, this girls appearance was not appropriate for working in a restaurant. She did not have her hair back properly. It was hanging down and in her face. She would push it back while making the food which is gross. Her pants were also inappropriate for work. They were ripped all the way up her thighs. Cute for the club, but not for working in resturants.The rest of the staff seemed over all plesant and helpful. However, I noticed they would be on their phones in between customers and while customers were looking at the menu. This is unsanitary and unprofessional.

Food was good. Left out two items from our order and had to make two trips back in. My sister decided to go in and order something else when she over heard the staff talking bad about me coming back in to get the items they left out of my order. Very unprofessional staff.

Wow fantastic service. Amanda, Emily ,and Holly have taken the effort to even remember my order. I eat here everyday! The atmosphere is so friendly. This is my favorite spot to eat. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!Massive edit!!!!. I forgot to mention Emily in my original review she is fantastic!!
