Rich Farm Ice Cream - Bristol

I ordered two ice creams for delivery, got a small (which is two scoops) and received about a scoop and a half, if that. Never mind that delivery is $9! Very disappointed as their ice cream is delicious and they have dairy free flavors, but I can’t justify the amount they charge when apparently they can’t give a full scoop. This is the only time I had an issue like this and I would’ve appreciated a call if they were low on this flavor. I would’ve happily changed my order.

Ice cream was good. We waited extremely long to get it- my husband was talked out of getting soft serve with his hot fudge bc it would melt quicker… when we finally got it hot fudge was cold. After the fifth bite of my ice cream the spoon went through the bottom of the styrofoam cup and made a mess all over me ?. We generally go to the one in Oxford and love it. First time at this location, will not return.

Would've put 0 stars but it doesn't allow. Picked up ice cream for my friend and her 8 year old daughter, we arrived bsck to the house and her 8 year old found mutiple hairs in her ice cream. Upset I called and asked for a refund. The girl who answered the phone was very pleasant and apologetic asked to wait so I could explain to a manager and get my money back. However the manager came on the phone very very rude and had the audacity to question why the 8 year old didn't eat her icecream in the parking lot and find it then. Then I try and explain to the manager and she implies I'm a liar. I proceed to day forget it I come to you guys all the time it's whatever thank you have a good day. Manager proceeds to call my phone 3 more times to scream and be disrespectful. I don't have time nor patience. I wanted to treat my friends daughter to ice cream because she lost a tooth now the 8 year old is crying and I'm out money for icecream with an employees hair in it and have a manager screaming at me on the phone. Never been so disgusted in my life at the poor customer service. I will not be returning.

My husband and I have been here twice and just can't get enough! We love the grape nut ice cream and the baklava was delicious. The ice cream is thicky and almost chewy, almost like a custard. Hands down the best ice cream I have ever tasted!The location is stunning, and the lines were very long each time (upwards of 30 minutes for two single scoop cups) but standing on the hillside on a summer evening makes it worth the wait!

Really real ice cream here! Friendly service. Whipped cream topping is also the real deal. Rum Raisin ice cream was excellent as well as the Coconut ice cream. Not amazing, this is fantastic flavors on each but good basic ice cream. Great atmosphere outside. Would easily recommend stopping by to try.
