Mcdonald's - Bristol

This restaurant was recently remodeled. They made the kitchen area bigger and lobby smaller. They do not have machines to get drinks or refills in lobby area. If you want a refill you have to go to counter and wait on someone to give a refill.

Didn't give us our drinks, gave us the wrong burger and even the right ones only had 1 piece of cheese on the bottom bun of each ... Had been there in the morning and left out an egg on kids biscuit and gravy.. need to check better on doing their orders.

It's McDonald's. If you expect anything other than Walmart quality experience, that's on you. And capitalism. And maybe America?Wheelchair accessibility: I feel like if I were disabled, I would've had a better experience.

I ordered 2 big breakfast with exta sausage patties. When I got home Iwas charged $14.58 and missungva had no hotcakes, no butter for biscuits no flatware or condiments. I missing what I went

I think I left on wrong McDonald's earlier I wish I could give zero. I went inside because I had a bigger order not huge but not small right in middle. Well, they had a little jerk that was making my food. he complained about order actually threw a fit my food was not wrapped and covered in ketchup. How many people seen this before me 3. Manager completely useless said he could remake the one showed him. Was he going to remake all. So congrats John on losing a customer for life. Boy at register super sweet learning but kept apologizing. Everyone has learn and if this how the store is ran how much training could he have gotten
