Le Central - Bristol

The service was friendly and the food was exceptional! What a fantastic discovery! I can't wait to come back. I tried the special lamb cassoulet, and it was absolutely delicious. I also highly recommend the lemon ricotta crepes with fresh berries.

Had a very nice time at Le Central. The Duck Confit was the standout dish of the evening and the service overall was very nice.

It is our ‘go to' restaurant. It is always exceptional from the oysters to the entrees. This time we enjoyed the grilled lobster and the cod chowder. Of course we always have the cauliflower soup. The soups are outstanding along with the entrées. All desserts are house made. One of the most exciting things happening are the exquisite cocktails. Sam is a genius! Best kept secret and Bristol!

Three of us went to try le central last night All of us were very glad we did. The fish (cod stew), meat (steak frittes) and vegetables (beet salad and spinach salad) we had were outstanding. And their home made chocolates for desert were a perfect finish. We will be back!

The experience in trying something new was amazing! The good was to notch!! It was off we were at a chops show, trying many dishes and all were winners!! The popovers were Amazing!! The waiter wasn't very friendly or conversational, it was as if he really didn't want to be there or wait on us!! We will friendly be back for dinner, even though the service wasn't all that!!
