Classic Pizza Grill - Bristol

I been a customer from the early 80s. Excellent pizza. Never had a problem and usually fast and courteous delivery. Greek pizza, great, their pasta dishes and salads aren?t too bad either.

These people are rude and incompetent on an elevated scale! They have now messed up two group orders. Refused to issue a refund. I got hung up on by the very condescending and confused 'assistant manager ' by the name of Lexi. The owner 's daughter, Amanda,while not necessarily rude, is very inconsiderate and similar to Lexi have complete disregard for customer service. Despitebringing food INCORRECTLY MADE, LATE, COLD, WET, she refunded to honor a refund too. I told Lexi that to get mistreated by acompany that provides below-standard quality food, and his response was to hang up the phone on me! Beware of these people. Stayaway. To the owner, if you are reading this, you will not last much longer with such incompetent, rude, discourteous, anddisrespectful employees.

Things seemed busy, received several apologies for delays. They ran out of pita bread. The servers were very friendly and the food was good.

Classic pizza is quite good. The crust, sauce, and variety of pizzas are great.

I have been eating here for years me and my family the food is great the staff are amazing and the delivery drivers are always on point with a smile
